step3 application after name change? - reflextype

all my ecfmg records are with my old name.
now I want to apply for step3 exam.
do I need to wait to get my ecfmg record changed new name?

when my ecfmg record become my new name,do I need to submit
name change form of fsmb to fsmb or just send certification of identity?

for step3 application,do I need to do form186 again for ecfmg after name change?

anyone can share their experience?

just send name change form to both ecfmg and fsmb,with in 10 days it will be updated ,then apply for step3 .no need to send certification of identity.
