i have both programs as well.. they don't reply to me either.. but i had 2nd look in sound shore and was able to get positive feedbacks from PD and chiefs.

maybe they're just not the type of program who replies...

they offered me 2nd look on december but i told them i'm still doing IVs then i called back january to ask if i can still do 2nd look. Smile
