any animal bite- augmentin first choice
penicillin allergy- clinda+ cipro/bactrim/azithro/doxy
in rat/bat/racoon ribavirin can be used in confrim diagnosis
also rabbies vaccine and ig for postexposure prophylaxis
wound care with irrigation with ns ..........if necrotic debridgment and exporation
