Kaplan MedEssentials , 3RD EDITION Plz! - meyer

I know I have tried before and have received the 1st ED.
The 3RD Edition has almost 100 more pages That Kaplan thinks relevant for STEP 1.

So Plz if someone can send me this edition or send a link I would be extremely grateful.

Does anyone know of where I can get it?

Is there a website where I can get it for free or for a small fee (very small) ?

Does anyone know if MegaUpload or Rapidshare or other has this 3rd edition?

ANY INFO would be helpful as I am financially strapped and totally stressed to the LIMIT!
