hi guys,
Im doing surgical cases in UW CCS.Im following the algorithms very carefully but still surgery consults are always denied.Is this only happening in UW software? what about in real exam?
Im done with acute appendicitis,splenic hematoma,duodenal rupture..all of the surgical intreventions are denied.I mean,we cant do something about it as primary physician but to do more intensive and aggressive work up like surgical repair.
I think UW surgery software is lazy. not doing the right job
any input guys?

could you please tell me if kaplan is still offering the ccs cases on line ,becuase I couldn't get and I called kaplan and the people I spoked to didn't seem to know much and was telling me that it is only offered in the kaplan center, I like to sign for it because of the interractive cases,.please tell me if you know about it . my email is : coomschilling
