only pregnants, those undergoing genitiurinary procedures, renal stones, renal transplant pts
require trt for asympto bacteriuria

Asymptomatic bactriuria require treatment in following conditions: (a) Urinary tract Obstruction (functional or anatomic) (b) Pregnancy © Nephrolithiasis (d) Pre-school age children with vesicourethral reflux
