It is the parietal lobe as the septic emboli from the heart goes to carotids, MCA (which is in line with the carotid) and anterior parietal & other branches that supply the parietal lobe. (sometimes these branches can arise from ACA)

I would also think Paretal Lobe for the same reason...Smile
