Can you bring him to the hospital now? - is that right expression?

You should say:
I have to see your child here in clinic/ my office or ER so that I can examine him and do some Blood/ urine or other necessary test to rule out infection etc, and then we can proceed from there on.Also If you have any financial or travel issues, I can request our Social Worker to talk to you and hopefully she will help you sorting these issues. Do you have any Q for me?
Thats it.. bring that Mom with the kid to the HOSP/ER/Clinic. Hope this helps

If you think it is a medical emergency have the patient request an ambulance and you will meet them in ER. If the visit you preform can be done in your clinic, let patient know when his appt will be.
