how much of a case presented in FA should I reproduce to pass?I mean in exam stress I may forget many things.

Well,the more u reproduce the more safe u are.
As per UW if u end up asking 65 to 75% of questions then u r passed.
one of my senior had advised me this....always try to cover PAMHUGSFOSSAW plus counselling for DM/HTN/smoking/alcohol/sexual practices plus a good closure n u r a definite pass....

the key is to cover all sub headings--PAMHUGSFOSS,LIQORAAA,Decent examination,good pt note---should have all the data given by SP---70% at least.Closure(includes counselling) is imp too.
