do we need to do hip exan in this case?
if yes how to do that? anyone pl help.

flex the knee then hip, at this position do adduction and abduction, thats it, don't waste much time on it. do leg straight raising test too in cases of back pain. don't forget to do palpation to elicit tenderness on the back also examine the renal angles.
