May I suggest just studying and practicing rather than wasting time asking for cases. There is nothing out of this world in the exam and trust me even if you know each and every case and dont know the basic stuff to do it wont make a difference in the exam. FA is a good source for cases thats all i can tell you about cases

I think they have a bank of cases which is same for all centres.All cases r the common ones with minor variations here n there.GL.
