serotonin syndrome is with hypertenion or hypotension or can be with both .? in UW is describe with hypotension but I remeber Q where serotonin syndrome was with hypertension

Seritonin syndrome has hypertension as a feature of it.

again, i'm not sure what UW is talking about...they probably found
some little tiny exception...not important though. HTN is the main
BP change.
