A 12 year old male who recently immigrated from Pakistan complains of diffuclt alking. he reports that several days ago, he had an episode of fever, headache and feeling weak. that lasted for 2-3 days. He recalls finding bright light irritating and experiencing pain on eye movement. On physical exam today, there is weakness of right leg extensor and right patellar reflex is 1+. You're right ..

A is the correct answer. But the virus here is Echo virus causing meningitis. Its a UW question..

ya i remember from UW
there r 3 entero viruses they come from fecoral route
they r ecovirus causes aseptic meningitis
polio virus ,,,and
coxsackie virus (MC cause of pericarditis )
