What is the difference between autoimmune and isoimmune hemolytic anemia. What are the coombs test finding for both of them? Can someone please explain ? Thanks

Isoimmune hemolytic anemia is seen primarily in the newborn and is due to incompatibility with maternal Rh, ABO, or other antigens. It may also occur with transfusion reactions in patients of all ages.
