drunk with renal damage having severe oliguria, multiple enveloped shaped crystals in urine , but biopsy of glomeruli shows normal glomeruli
Wht is the diagnosis? and why then the glomeruli are normal?

Ethylene glycol poisoning-Ca oxalate crystals which are envelope shaped- tubular damage-Acute Renal failure
