i want to aply this year so i would like to know if i take the cs in july 25 with the score of step 1 and step 2, if i will have chance to get any interview, is too late for me?

not that late... u still have good chance if ur scores and other credentials are good.

It depends on your credentials like your scores, exp, yr of graduation etc. If you pass your all exams before 1st september your chance increases.
