just one point to mention MCC of pneumonia in immunocompramised still remains streptococcus pneumonia ;;PCP will be AIDS defining

otherwise u covered all thanks..

IVDU: S.aureus

Atypical pneumonias: 3 zoonotic and 3 non-zoonotic

CAP in older adults: Str. pneumoniae; H. influenzae

1 to 3 Months: febrile- RSV; afebrile- Chlamydia trachomatis
3-12 Months: RSV
2-5 Years: Respiratory viruses (parainfluenza, influenza, adenoviruses), S. pneumoniae, H. influenzae
5 Years to 18 Years: Mycoplasma pneumoniae
