hello everyone im writing to get some advice. I recently scored really low in my USMLE first time taking it. I graduated on 2008 from an IMG school. I did UW, kaplan lectures and qbank. I would love to know how can I get a higher grade and if any residency would take me after failing my test and after not studying for 2 years. Thank you best of luck to everyone.

there's nothing you can do about your first attempt.. the only thing you can do is get a great score in your second attempt... Don't think about anything else other than passing step one right now.. don't think about residency or anything..just focus on step one & get a great score.. Kaplan is the best way to score high..for patho follow Goljan...use Uworld as your learning tool.. seems you have used all of those before...may I know what was your score in first attempt??
