I understand you are in a lot of pain Mr./Ms. xyz....but before I can give u any pain medication..I need to ask u few questions and do a physical exam to know what exactly is causing u this pain.(or to understand ur problem better)..can u bear with me for 10 minutes?I will try to be as quick as possible..!
