do we hv to check all d DTR in pts without d complaints of weakness and numbness....and with headache or followup cases of HTN or DM??...or just d knee jerk and ankle jerk?

do we have to do d visual aquity?...check in CNS PTS ....ITS TIME CONSUMING..

IN PTS WITHOUT RESP complaints should we check both ant and post chest or just post....

depends on ur DD & what ur gng to write at first place ,do all related xm for ur 1st diagnosis ,like TIA -no need to do all DTR but if Stroke /MS/GBS we hv to do all DTR.
Visual acuity -if vision is a main complaint,in MS ,DM -its must
no resp complaint -at least 2 place both ant nd post ie total 4 places -just auscultation or check base of lung only if no time .
as i think,may be wrong ,more suggestions r welcome

thanks a lot drvrs...i am taking a lot of time in cmpleting cns patients...around 16mins and that too when i recheck i found that i left some of the main examinations and history ...am worried..
