PTAL renewal...asking for prof. documentation? - pinay2000

my PTAL is up for renewal in Aug, i tried renewing it and they sent me a letter asking for written documentation of all my professional activities since grad. how come they did not ask for it when i applied and got my original PTAL last year? i called the med board of CA but only got a voicemail. anybody w/ the same experience? also, what format should i use? thanks!

yes I got it too and so did another friend of mine. I sent my letter about 10 days ago but haven't heard from them yet.

i sent my cv to them and explained the gaps and what i am doing now., they sent me ptal after 15 days.

Hi pinay2000,

mine was also expiring in August. and I asked them and they told me to send the new L1A-E forms with professional activites since medical graduation from India..

PTAL. They asked to list all professional and non professional
activities before they renew ptal.

Does listing observership affect approval?

Does listing non-clinical activities like preparing for usmle exams
for 2 year can affect ptal approval?

Do you need to write down description of every activities??

Please help me.
