you don't do 2h in pregnancy.... you do 1h and if abnormal, confirm it with 3h.

target glucose level in preg.. fasting less then 90 and after 1 hr of glucose or meal..less then 120 24-28 week...... fasting more then 125....DM 50 gm...after 1 hr-------more then 140---do 100 gm GTT 100 gm------- after 1 hr---more then 140 2 hr--- more then 155 3 hr --- more then 180 if 1 reading is abnormal---impaired glucose tolerance if 2 or more----------------- DM
