would u say it is more based on memorizing shit or is more conceptually based?

i agree. it is both....just think of yourself as a family medicine doctor in practice taking care of patients and knowing what to do in all situations. you can't go back to books to figure things out when you're out in practice, you have to know it/memorize the management and know what to do in various situations.
