you need to check the box says "YES"...It is stupid for them;why even they have that box says "no"..unless there is something that I dunno.

sorry for the stupid question. I thought so too. Which made me confused was the last para of user guide. [page 5]. do we have to register at nrmp too to participate in the match? it confuses me..
