hi, i went thru a similar experience last year. i did observership at a place and got interview at the same place. the p.d spoke very well during the interview. i ranked the program high in my list. i didnt match n found that program went unfilled by one position. found later on that pd was lookin for amg for his program. i had decent scores n my observership also went well. my draw back -got my ecfmg certificate late n had visa issues. left it as bad luck. now giving a serious try. btw iam not applyin for that program again. u have opportunities in usa. u have to look for them n grab them. i am sure u will get matched this time. gl.
