how does USMLE TRANSCRIPT LOOKS TO PD'S - csdoctor

i know they can see attempts, failure and incomplete exams, but does it show that you registered for a eligibility period and did not show up to exam???
the reason i am asking because i just registered for step 3 and it shows that i registered for two eligibility periods one expired and i did not go to exam , will they see that????

dont worry, its not a big deal to them. attempts is what they are looking for

I do not think it will include that information. Also it has no bearing on your application and credentials. Dont worry.
