Hi friends,
I am wondering if we submit the whole application now, online, can we make changes to state.letter later? Can we create new slots for LOR? thx

You cannot make any changes to the CAF once submitted. You can change the profile, Personal Statement and de-assign and assign new LORs.

thanks. But what can not be changed in CAF if we can change all of its elements?

As I said, the entire CAF cannot be changed. You can only change the profile page, which is not a part of the CAF. You see it when you log in under account.
