I forgot to send my DSF with the rest of the documents I sent.
What should I do? Is that a big problem?

The ECFMG sometimes scan it even if its not accompanied by DSF. But to be on the safer side, call them. I think someone else too had done the same thing few days back and ECFMG had said, it is not a problem.
