I'm an FMG, needs visa, scores are 80, 75, pass, 80
2 yrs training in ER in my country
3 months observership in US
4 months hands on exp
applied in IM and neurology
is there any chance of getting IVs

Of course you do have a chance.. Dont worry too much..

You have done your best. now it is the upto the PDs. Your score may on the lower side but you have done step 3 and have expirence in both your home country and here.

Now there is need to work on the interview skills including attire on the day of interview.look for the 150 interview questions on the net and practise them after coming up with their answers.

Well keep on fighting there is always a chance,try to do externship in a hospital with residency seat,then you have a good chance.
