I putted as a volunteer experience, the reason why its because you don't get paid as an observer

Im from Colombia too, I just took the s3 the last tuesday, finishing the applycation for im, fm and psch, Im in NJ.

only PAID experience is considered WORK EXPERIENCE... read the instruction... if you're paid as an observer, you may enter as "WOKR EXPERIENCE".
