frend if u applying now but with all documenting ready then u getting fairing chancing to inteviewing if ur merriting is good enoughing to calling. hehehe

Dear friend,
yes there are some ppl who got IV but it is still slow actually believe it or not i applied for some programs on september 1 in the morning and till now they did not download my application ! so it is not too late my friend. maximum number of Iv i heard from this for which was granted is 3 for the same person so i think the whole season is just beginning however i encourage you to apply as soon as possible as this might increase your chances in getting IVs
