Thanks for you prompt response chaudh83!PR notes say something different:-
phototherapy--bilirubin>8mg/dl in high risk pts,>12 in low risk pts
EBT.....>15mg/dl in high risk,>20 in low risk pts and also in Kernicterus

I am not so sure but i am guessing either preterm or term infants and presence of BIND risk factors i.e acidosis,low abumin,Low gesatational age

i think preterm,LBW,IODM, etc are high risk
