what are contraindications......esp if mother is pregnant again OR father is on chemo at home

15 m child...MMR are is due, but mother is pregnant again.
is it indicated to vaccine the child with MMR?
OR
if his father is on chemo at home

you can give the vaccine in both cases.

dont give or give late in first case..and give if in 2 nd case..

Contraindiaction to MMR--

1] M-- Moderate to severe illness
2] M-- Monitor Pletelets if tr=hrombocytopenia then avoid it.
3] R-- Rule out Pregnancy, Recent administration of Immunoglobulins ,Registerd Severe Immunodeficiency...

archer is saying its containdicated to give MMR to child if mother is pregnant again or immuno compromised person at home
BUT
kaplan says no contraindication

so i am confused
