In short NONE! Bay area is highly competitive even for AMGs. Do not rely on California programs alone, if I was you then I would apply other states.

CA is the most anti-IMG state in the US.

But if you are a grad of SGU, Ross, SABA or AUC you will have a chance at Kaiser and some other Cali programs. Most programs especially in bay area do not sponsor visas and do not accept J1 either.

By the way, do you have PTAL? No SSN = No PTAL = Cannot apply in Cali.
