If you are not confident about your application, if you are one that says "I will accept whatever they gave me because I'd be lucky if someone even invited me to one interview", then please go on reading.
I have successfully helped a few people who are now either interns or residents in differents programs IM/FP/OB-GYN. I am currently a senior resident in NY. I am part of the selection committee in my own residency program conducting interviews etc. I will be happy to help IMG applicants build their confidence and their application for a nominal fee-for-service much less than the hunderds of dollars requested by all those websites I was visiting myself when I was in your shoes. My scores were well below 80 and second and third attempt. Believe me everything is possible.
