why not e....? womens who are in risk for developing breast CA are advised for progesterone only pills instead of combined...?

this concept is given in UW i think. Women on OCP's are at an increased risk for hepatic adenomas.

Estrogen is a risk factor for breast ca. OCP's are a combo of estrogen and progesterone- so no increased risk

OCP's decrease the risk of ovarian ca
