can anybody tell me cause of urinary incontinence in NPH....
I mean reflux inhibition....or wht?

some spinal reflex mechanism ??? remember we studied this is step 1.

I NPH the cortical inhibition is lost.

Just this is what I remember from Step 1 that micturition reflex is thru parasym stimulation at S1 and S 2 level and the inhibitory center at the level of cortex .And in NPH this inhibition is lost .
Increased parasympathetic relex Increased mictution,incontinence.
