im doin u world for da first time n hav completed half of it n my cummulative score so far is around 48% ? plz comment, really confused!

I believed it's OK. UW is not an assesment tool. It's a studying tool. so just learn from the incorrect Qs and make notes. that's all.
Then you can take an NBME once you are done with UW.
