if we have a case of chest: do we write HEENT also ...
and if we write HEENT...do we have to include the headings like:
HEAD: NC/AT
EYE: Perrla, eomi, fundoscopy normal, no jaundice
do we have to write the headings....and another question i have is...when do u write full examination and when do u just write down ausculation findings....
i hope someone can help me.
