You don't really need anybody to practice with. You need the International Medical Graduate;s Best Hope which has questions and answers and your mirror to simulate the interview looking at yourself. It could be your in your bathroom. You can simulate interviews.
You imagine an interviewer ask the following question: Tell me about yourself?
You answer in 1 min. Constructed answer that makes sence with eloquence. Until you are satisfied by your answer you don't stop trying. You do it for all the most common questions. Again, suggested answers are in the book.
Techniques to prepare by yourself are all ion the book.
