I graduated since 2002, I achieved 91 score in step 1(second trial) and 88 score in step 2 first trial and I failed the first attempt in CS exam..What are my chances in the match and residency program for the year 2012 ??

I would say go for step3 and make sure you pass it first attempt with 80+... To me that will boost your chances.
Do you need VISA or not??? USCE???
