(btw, I have got Kaplan QBank 2009 from someone, however not really sure if it’s 2009 or not. Thus I offer it for free along with the 2007).

3. Kaplan QBook. I highly recommend you do it. I can provide you with a copy for free.

4. NBME forms. I can provide these for free.

5. First Aid 2008. I can provide a copy for free.

6. Kaplan Lecture Notes 2006-2007.

I have materials for Step 2 CK and 3 as well.

All are as editable pdf files. Very convenient to use. You can highlight them and add your notes on them for later revision, not to mention the time (and money) they’d save you. See the samples for yourself.
