@chocobo... Do you really think those matter now??? Look, everyone is different. I applied to a program on nov 5 and got iv just six days after... And I am a totally average applicant if you just speak about creds... Creds ar a huuuuge bias!!! I was told on iv that my LORs are spectacular, and I have very good usce and tons of voluntary stuff. So really, asking abt creds is not useful to compare people ad see if you stand a chance to receive iv in a program.
