jI would prescribe some ambien which is a nezo or restoril which is also a benzo. Although it is not recommended in old people. This is a tricky one though because the patient does not seem to be in distress so some life style modifications might help. I wouldnt recommend more exercise in a 60 year old because of risk of fractures/ fall.

I will pick 3.

Hmmmmmmm tricky I would pick 1

According to Medline Plus after age 60 many people do fine at 6 hours of sleep, till than we need 8 hours of sleep, remember aging decreases sleep

My reason is that this is not even a complain, she mentioned it and she is functioning well. Now if she complained of tiredness, cant function, low mood, appetite concerns etc...my next step would be screen for depression, sleep hygiene....

I wont use benzo in older people unless I think it is needed...and at that I would use short acting

I wont do life style changes and excersice too, she is not complaining plus excersice doesnt make one sleep more, if anything if done at wrong time it makes it harder to fall asleep

I am about 90% sure 1 is the answer so I would pick one
