in book it says there is incresed risk ofcolorectal cancer but Dr.goljan in his audio mentions P-J is an hamartoma and no risk of cancer ?
which one applys for the exam

haartomas in general do not have increased risk but when associated with any syndrome do run a risk...for ans. point of view it is increased risk n you should go for it
