@yelp, do not feed the troll, and JHU/Sinai does not have fellows in house, which is a huge disadvantage in terms of learning, they do have a great fellow placement, but that is not what it is all about right? of course i would pick JHU/Sinai over any little community hospital with no fellows in house, but in my ranking i have placed it below all the places which do have fellows inhouse.
