Good morning. I'm fine apart from bad sinusitis  Can you tell me what is the first step of management? (The monster, huh? keep in mind that it is in our head only! By the way I'm online for a while...... All the best.

is it your first sinusitis or chronic one?
do you have fever? try warm humid baths, get some nasal saline to spray in to your nostrils...take acetaminophen PRN for pain...hope this help... tell me about your other symptoms...I am leaving now...I will be online in couple hours though... hope you feel better soon, ttyl.
