IMO (I have no clue about Creighton- dint apply because dint want to end-up or even travel to Nebraska). But AE would definitely rank above Creighton for Cardio as well as quality of living.

i felt creighton is better than UAMS because of its fellowship placements..as far as place goes, little rock and omaha are both in the middle of nowhere..or say oklahoma city for that matter..so go by the placements for respective fellowships you want..and also how much happy r the residents there..
