Pool up guys ------.Dont thnk too much ab programs who are couteous enough to send a rejection .......contact those programs from whom people r getting interviews only and no rejections!!!

We received your ERAS application regarding the William Beaumont
Hospital-TroyFamily Medicine Residency Program. Our Residency Application Review
Committeereviewed your application. We regret to inform you that your
application isnot being considered.
The typical applicant offered an interview at our program will have
graduatedfrom medical school within the last two years or been active in
clinical medicine, Step 1 & 2 scores of 190 or better are preferred, and
completed at least one year of clinical training in the United States is also
preferred.
You must be a USA citizen, or have a J-1 or H1B visa. You must be ECFMG
Certified.
Besides our program requirements, a reason for not being considered may
be an incomplete ERAS application, or lack of documentation on previous
educational/work experience.
We receive approximately 350 applications for our 6 first year
positions. Only the top applicants will receive an invitation for interview.
Unfortunately many well-qualified candidates may not receive an
invitation because of the large number of people applying to our program.
Your application is no longer being considered. We wish you the best

Hey bourbon,
I would suggest contacting if you dnt hear from the program n others (quite a no.)have got interviews and its been mre thn a mth since u applied.Atleast u wont wait forever n know ur status even if its a rejection.Wht do you and others say?

thats the thing dude...
whether this is the right time...or should we wait a week or more...
and the other thing being....i havent received anything from like wayne state or Henry ford...
so...should i call em...or wait ...lets say me be a week or two...
i know theres' no wonder answer to this one...
