HI,
DO YOU KNOW WHAT ILLINOIS PROGRAMS ACCEPT FMGS WHO GRADUATED 5 AND MORE YEARS AGO???
AND IS IT REALLY THAT DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN A RESIDENCY THERE IF YOU'RE 5 OR MORE YRS. SINCE GRADUATION????
I'M SO WORRIED, I WON'T BE ABLE TO FIND A PLACE FOR MYSELF. Sad
I CAN'T MOVE TO USA RIGHT NOW, AND WHEN I DO, IT WILL BE AROUND 7 YRS SINCE GRADUATION. BUT I'M STARTING ON STEPS ALREADY. DO YOU THINK IT'S SENSIBLE TO DO THE USMLES' NOW???
MOST OF THE HOSPITALS (EVEN COOK COUNTY HOSPITAL) WANTS YOUNG GRADUATES Sad
ARE MOST OF YOU FOLKS YOUNG GRADUATES???
PLEASE HELP
A.

I lived in Il for 7yrs,got citizenship, then moved back to my home-country to do medicine (major mistake<-------I would like to say now) Sad(((((((((.
In IL I have a house where now my parents stay . So I already have a place to live-dont want to move- I like Chicago, and the people I know I often visit on vacation and keep in touch with.
Smile
What do they ask you on an interview? How does it look?-just curious...
